Belmopan Fc Brand
Based in Belize’s vibrant capital, Belmopan FC proudly competes as part of Central America’s passionate football landscape. More than a team, we stand as a symbol of dedication, community pride, and sporting excellence. United by our love for the game, we nurture local talent and inspire fans across Belize and beyond.
The club was founded in 1986 as the Builders Hardware Bandits. After a period of inactivity, it returned to competition in 2011 and quickly rose to dominance in Belizean football. By 2017, the Bandits had captured seven of the last eleven national championships, including titles in the Premier League of Belize and its predecessor leagues. The club qualified for the 2014–15 CONCACAF Champions League, but was replaced by Costa Rica’s C.S. Herediano after the FFB Stadium was deemed unplayable. Had they competed, they would have been the first Belizean club in the tournament since 2008–09. That same season, the Bandits secured their fourth title in six years and their third consecutive championship.
